We present some indicators of the market of fractions housing / apartments relative to Vila Nova de Gaia (county).
The figures refer to the fourth quarter of 2017. However, it is verified through provisional data that these are consolidating in the first months of 2018.
In the case of apartments, the market has an average purchase / sale price of 1100 G / m2, with leasing averaging around 4.5 € / m2.
As an indication, the market made leaseable values in the order of 9.0 G / m2, representing a maximum value of fraction income in the order of € 1,000 / month, while the average is around € 450 / month in terms of reference and for an average fraction area of about 110 m2.
The figures presented indicate that the real estate market for this type of property (apartments) is in progress, and it is expected that this will continue throughout 2018.
