REAL ESTATE MARKET PREMIUM - PORTO

We present some indicators of the residential market relative to some areas of the city of Porto and county.

The figures presented are for the 3 rd and 4 th quarters of 2018 and are based on an analysis performed to determine the median (central value of the data set) in G / m 2 for each of the above locations in a set of 356 properties.

These are observations of housing fractions (apartments) for purchase / sale and most of the real estate valuation processes in which our company was present.

These indicators are purely indicative and do not imply any linkage or commitment on the part of Structure Value, resulting from a statistical analysis of the basic data of the company's records.
