REAL ESTATE MARKET - LISBON

We present some indicators of the residential market relative to some areas of the city of Lisbon and the county. The figures presented are for the 3 rd and 4 th quarters of 2018 and are based on an analysis performed to determine the median (central value of the data set) in €/m2 for each of the above locations in a set of 391 properties. These are observations of housing fractions (apartments) for purchase / sale and most of the real estate valuation processes in which our company was present. These indicators are merely indicative and do not give any link or commitment on the part of Structure Value, result from a statistical analysis of basic data of the company records.
